- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee technical solutions for our full stack, middleware platforms, and technologies.
- Provide an effective and professional technical interface with the customer and ensure that communications at the working level are maintained.
- Ensure that all requirements are understood by the team, write/review requirement specifications, and coordinate review by the team.
- Direct software development projects: develop and implement efficient, clean code with assigned team to satisfy customer requirements.
- Participate in developing and reviewing software processes and policies.
- Ensure work progress stays on schedule and update stakeholders on project status.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Improve team dynamics and awareness.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- At least 15 years of combined experience in team leadership, software and cyber security acquired specifically in the context of product development.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate the current security posture of the product, modify architectural components from a strategic level, lead and execute tactical and targeted changes to the product overall architecture in order to close down the product attack surface.
- Good communicator able to present cyber security concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of security concepts in C++, C#, and Python.
- Advanced Knowledge of Static and Dynamic Code analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of secure software development.
- Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure design, architecture and network segmentation (IEEE 802.1Q and IEEE 802.1X).
