Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies, Inc., is seeking an experienced administrative assistant. To work with our WSOTS II PMO team. The administrative assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to an individual or team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, managing correspondence, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and performing other clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills, requiring proficiency in office software and a high level of attention to detail. Specific task includes preparing Letter of Authorization (LOA), timecard assistance with the team, processing Overtime Authorization (OTA).
Essential Functions:
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Communication Management: Answering and directing phone calls, managing email correspondence, and distributing information.
- Document Management: Preparing and distributing documents, letters, reports, and presentations.
- File Maintenance: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring proper document retrieval.
- Office Administration: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
- Meeting Support: Preparing meeting spaces and supporting meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging travel accommodations, including booking flights and hotels. Completing Expense reports for submission.
- Data Entry: Entering and updating information into spreadsheets and databases.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in completing tasks

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $48,000 - $89,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
